Throughout your three to five day stay in Colorado, you'll meet with Dr. Rashel Katzler to muscle test nutritional deficiencies, food allergies and sensitivities, structural, emotional and energetic imbalances using applied kinesiology. You have the choice to supplement your body with natual vitamin and mineral based nutraceuticals prescribed by the innate intellegence of your own body (see nutritional wisdom for more details and the importance of muscle testing).

As you begin to naturally raise your vibration and balance your brain and body, making food choices that nourish your brain and your body become a natural part of your experience.

As a wellness intuitive, Tcha LaPlaca accesses that which has kept you from moving forward in your life, often as a result of unresolved trauma you may or may not be conscious of. She works with the fears, beliefs and judgement that has kept you playing small and safe. As Dr. Rachel and Tcha works with individuals diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Sensory Integration Disorder or Oppositional Defiance Disorder, the core hurts that cause the adult or child to exhibit unpredictable or violent mood swings, are healed and transformed over a relatively short period of time, affording the individual to live a balanced, rich and grateful life. As part of your retreat intensive, you may choose to work with psychotherapist and highly accomplished horsewoman, Melisa Pearce and her team of equine (horse) partners, as they invite you to discover new and revealing ways to explore the question, are you living your soul's true dreams. In the roundpen, horses mirror your behavior and energy, illuminate your strengths and highlight your blind spots as you move through a series of guided exercises.

As a result, you'll become aware of your individual habits and conditioning as it affects your life today. As Melisa coaches and investigates the outcome and shared insights with you, true behavioral shifts occur.
